Privacy promise by Lily Publications Ltd
The Data Protection Act 2002 came into force on 1 st April and has been drafted in order to meet the standards set out in the European Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC.
Your privacy is of the highest importance to us, and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for their mailing or marketing purposes.
When you make a purchase from our website, we do collect certain personal information from you (for example: your name, email address, payment address and details). All such information is held on secure servers and by Sage Pay. Lily Publications Ltd complies fully with all applicable Data Protection, consumer legislation, GDPR and we treat all your personal information as fully confidential.
In order to serve you most efficiently, Saga Pay and World Pay handle our credit card transactions. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and to process your order through our web site. When ordering direct with our office by phone your credit card details are destroyed within 48 hours.
Please note we do have to provide contact details to couriers used for tracked shipping services.
How do Lily Publications collect personal information?
We do, however, use web statistical analysis software to aggregate information.
What Information is used by Lily Publications?
We use the personal data you have provided to supply you with the information or advice you have requested. The information and personal data is collected and used only for the purpose(s) for which it was provided including general marketing activities. Information collected via e-marketing campaigns is used for analysis purposes only; to help us develop our web site and improve the service we offer you. We never sell or share data with any third parties, unless you have been advised otherwise at the time of giving your details.
What is a cookie?

Aggregate information is used to show us the total number of visits to our web site and which parts of the site are used the most. Aggregate information does not identify individuals, as is does not contain any personal data. This information helps us in developing our web site and improving the service we offer you.

Some information is held and processed by our Internet Service Provider, but it is only held and processed for and on our behalf and under our instruction.
